The Ratings System

All the ratings are based on a ten point scale, ten being the best.  The score will be determined by an averaged rating obtained from several scoring categories and at least three tasters will be used on every wing rating to obtain an averaged accurate score.

The categories are:

A. Size - wing size

B. Sauce - sauce quality/serving amount

C. Sizzle - wing cooking method and "doneness"

D. Sides - quality of side(bleu cheese, etc) and cost of extra

E. Samoleans - cost/price per wing and serving

F. Service - quality of service

G. Setting - atmosphere and appropriate boastfulness of establishment name if neccesary

H. Superlatives - xtras worthy of another point (awesome burgers, fried
brussel sprouts, excellent beer selection, etc.) Only one additional point is allowed.
